Booking and payment
Your booking is confirmed once a deposit of 30% of the total price has been paid. The balance is paid before the cruise begins by cash, credit card or bank transfer. Prices are quoted in EUR, USD or TRY and stated in the written quote.
Cancellation policy
- For cancellations made more than 7 days before departure, the deposit is fully refunded.
- For cancellations made 3–7 days before departure, 50% of the total price is charged.
- For cancellations made less than 72 hours before departure, or in the event of a no-show, the full amount is charged.
- Date changes can be made free of charge, subject to availability.
Weather and sea conditions
If the captain considers weather or sea conditions unsafe, or an official warning is issued, the cruise is postponed to a new date or the amount paid is fully refunded. In all matters of navigational safety, the captain's decision is final.
Rules on board
- For safety reasons, confetti, open flames and fireworks may not be used without permission.
- Prior approval is required to bring outside food or drinks.
- Children must be supervised by an adult throughout the cruise.
- The number of guests may not exceed the number stated in the quote or the yacht's capacity.
- Any damage to the yacht or its equipment is the responsibility of the guest.
